Martin qualified from the University of Manchester in 2010 and has worked in general dental practice as well as being a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Blackburn, Bolton and Burnley hospitals. He has spent a number of years working in private practice in Australia and returned to the UK in 2015 to settle here with his wife Parina. He has recently been appointed as a clinical lecturer at the University of Manchester Dental School, helping to train the future dental professionals.
At Walton Road Dental, Martin provides general dental care for patients and is also the resident implant dentist for the practice. Having a keen interest in oral surgery, he completed his Masters in Implant Dentistry in 2018. In the ever- progressing world of dentistry, Martin continues to develop his skills to deliver the best up-to-date treatments.
Martin provides a very personal, tailored approach to treatment planning and will happily discuss your dental concerns with a wealth of knowledge and experience at hand.He is exceptionally good at treating anxious patients through his calm and relaxed manner.
In his spare time Martin enjoys keeping fit and hiking with Parina and their dog Hollie.

Parina has over 12 years of experience working within the NHS and in private cosmetic practices.
She has achieved a diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons. She provides exceptional general dental care, advanced restorative and cosmetic dental treatments.
Parina is a caring and conscientious person by nature, and thoroughly enjoys patient interaction. Through being honest, approachable and ethical she finds that she can establish genuine confidence within her patients to help them achieve the smile they desire and deserve.
In her spare time, Parina enjoys baking, walking her dog Hollie and spending time in the Lake District.

Hannah qualified from the University of Newcastle in 2018 and has worked in Devon, London and the North West providing quality dental care in both NHS and private dental practices.
She enjoys treating patients of all ages and has a caring and approachable manner. Hannah is especially good at looking after anxious patients and is currently completing a post graduate diploma in endodontic treatment.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking, Pilates and walking her dog Luna.

Richard has 15 years of Private and NHS experience having graduated from Liverpool University in 2008.
He has worked in several practices across the northwest of England and enjoys all facets of general dentistry having a particular interest in orthodontics using both fixed and removable systems.
He is also soon to embark on a further 2 years of orthodontic training. In his spare time you will likely find Richard on the golf course or walking his Labrador around Stockton Heath.

With his extensive knowledge and experience, Harry has access to numerous aligner systems meaning that your care is tailored to your specific needs. He is a friendly and highly regarded clinician so you can be confident that you are in the best hands.
Harry’s hobbies include football, playing guitar and going for walks with his dog Luna.

Emily graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018. She offers a wide range of general dental treatment and has a keen interest in aesthetic dentistry. Emily is completing a Restorative and Aesthetic diploma and she has also completed anterior composite courses to improve the appearance of people’s teeth.
Emily has a keen interest in orthodontic treatments and provides clear correct and Invisalign for teeth straightening at the practice. In the future she wishes to continue attending courses to remain up to date and enhance her skills further.
In her spare time Emily enjoys attending the gym, spending time with friends and travelling.

James graduated from University of Leeds with Bachelors Degree in Oral Science alongside Masters in Dental Surgery with Distinction. After graduating James worked in a busy practice in South Yorkshire, allowing him to gain experience in all aspects of dentistry.
Alongside this James attended various courses in anxiety management and general dentistry and is currently undertaking an Invisalign course. James is also looking to begin further training in restorative dentistry in the coming years.
In his spare time James enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and football, and going for walks with his friends.

Justine is our Dental hygienist and she has worked at Walton Road Dental Practice for 22 years. She qualified from Liverpool Dental hospital in 1992 and has gained extensive experience working in both general practice and hospital roles at Alder Hey and Liverpool Dental Hospital. She has continued her post qualification education by gaining the diploma in radiography and oral health education.
She is committed to providing treatment in a relaxed and friendly environment and has a special interest in providing treatment for nervous and phobic patients which has led to her taking an advanced diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy.
Justine says that what she particularly enjoys about working at Walton Road is that we are all friends which leads to a more professional and efficient service. In her spare time, she loves travelling with her two teenage sons, watching live music and comedians. She also enjoys yoga and swimming.
Jade has been with Walton Road Dental Practice since 2006. Formerly the practice head nurse, Jade seamlessly transitioned into her role as practice manager. As qualified nurse with many talents you may find Jade in the office, in surgery or on reception ensuring the smooth running of the practice. Her meticulous attention to detail shines through in every aspect of our practice, guaranteeing excellence in service.
Beyond her managerial and nursing prowess, she holds additional qualifications in fluoride applications and dental decontamination along with expertise in our IT systems. It is rare for patients who attend the practice not to see Jade’s friendly face and all who meet Jade have nothing but kind words to say about her.
Outside the practice, she enjoys the tranquillity of the outdoors with her young family through activities ranging from leisurely walks to adventurous camping trips.
Emma has been one of our longest standing staff members. She has been with the practice since it was set up 28 years ago and is a popular member of the local community. She enjoys interacting with patients and enabling them to access excellent dental care.
Emma is a fantastic head of house; she helps the practice to run smoothly day to day and will always go the extra mile for staff and patients.
In her spare time Emma enjoys reading and walking.

Holly has been with the practice since early 2019 and has excelled in her position rising to the role of head nurse. Her meticulous organisation ensures that the practice remains clean, safe and efficient. Being experienced in all areas of the practice Holly is often found juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
She has a very calming bedside manner and is able to putpatients at ease to give them a relaxing dental experience.
In her spare time Holly enjoys taking her dog, Bear, forlong walks and socialising with friends and family.

Steph qualified in 2012 and has been part of the Walton Road team since2015. She is an integral part of the team and enjoys being a dental nurse as ‘it is a rewarding, fast-paced job and no two days are the same’. Steph cares about helping others and loves seeing patients smilestransform. She also spends a lot of time ensuring the smooth running of reception and our front of house team.
Steph is often found going the extra mile to ensure patients get the VIP treatment. Steph has two children and enjoys going on holiday with her family and days out. She enjoys socialising with friends and watching a good Netflix series.

Lindsey is our dental treatment coordinator and she has a solid background in dental management. She is also a highly skilled and experienced dental nurse. No task is too much for Lindsey and she always has a great positive energy which the staff and patients adore.
In her spare time, Lindsey loves the outdoors and enjoys camping with her young family and little dog.

Liz has 18 years experience in NHS dentistry as a dental nurse and a receptionist in the latter years. She loves interacting with patients, always approachable, keeping a positive and assuring environment. She enjoys seeing and supporting patients through their journey and finds the job very rewarding.
She is always up for a challenge as well as hugely contributing to ensure the smooth running of the practice with her meticulous administrative skills, combined with her dental nursing knowledge.
Liz enjoys long walks with her dog Junior, travelling with her partner, skiing and reading a good book.
Sarah is our newest trainee dental nurse. Her strengths are good preparation and organisation. Sarah’s softly spoken and empathetic demeanor helps to relax patients. She has rapidly taken to the role and will be fully qualified in no time.
Her hobbies include travelling with friends and family and spending time with her dog Gracie.
Freya joined the team in early 2023 and began her training to become a qualified dental nurse. She is a bubbly character who thoroughly enjoys patient interaction. Through her calming and friendly bedside manner Freya helps even the most anxious patients relax.
Freya enjoys the fast pace dental environment and is well on the way to becoming fully qualified.
Outside of the practice, Freya enjoys going to music festivals and travelling the world.
